What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, website, budget range, timing and message. We also record the page you sent it from.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to manage our work together. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you chose to send. We do not sell your details or add you to a marketing list without asking.

Who we share it with

Our email provider [Resend, Inc., TBC] processes enquiry emails on our behalf, and our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Both act as processors under contract. [Add any CRM or other processors before launch.]

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after [24 months, TBC]. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and contractual purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@cotswoldpr.com. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
